A big win and special award for Sven Wassmer in the 2018 Gault&Millau guide 

The Gault&Millau restaurant guide has published its latest scores, and they include a big win for Sven Wassmer, Head Chef at the 7132 Silver Restaurant: Having garnered an extra point, he now boasts two Michelin stars and 18 Gault&Millau points. Additionally, he receives the prestigious „Newcomer of the Year“ award. These events are a wonderful acknowledgement – and a huge boost for Wassmer’s innovative cuisine with a regional flair.
